You have the following options to choose from:
Digitally by email, as a framed poster or canvas.

Step 4: Place your order and you will receive your finished picture in 5-10 days.

If you want to upload a photo directly from your smartphone or computer, click on the button "Choose photo" and then on "Choose a local file".

Occasionally it happens that a browser does not support the upload of an image from the gallery.
In the case of Android devices, this may be due to individual device configurations.

We are working on your order as fast as we can. However, there are times when a lot of orders come in at the same time, so we are very busy. We aim to deliver your hand-drawn portrait to you in 5-10 working days.

Poster 50x70cm, canvas 50x 70cm: As a package with DHL.

Your uploaded photo does not have to be similar to the chosen background. Each picture is drawn and put together individually. You can therefore submit several people as a single image. The designer will then combine these in a suitable configuration and implement them in a suitable pose in front of the respective background.

In summary:

- Your photo doesn't have to match the background
- Several people can also be submitted as single images

To get the best results, we recommend the following:

- Photo in color
- Easily recognizable faces and hair color
- a high resolution of the photo (e.g. HD quality)

Our team is really talented, should it still happen that you don't like your picture, you can easily contact our support. You are important to us, that's why we try our best to make you happy.

Yes, animals must be specified as an additional person.

Of course! You have full rights to your picture. We only reserve the right to use your picture as a reference.
Merely commercial use is prohibited. (Competition law)
